# How to get a new battery key if you lost it or you never get one with the delivery.

If you cannot find the key with the recipient of your new bike, please check the handlebar cable or front wheel, we often attached the battery key to these places.

If you really cannot find the key, please provide a picture of the key port and the battery label.
